Everything you need to know about our Georgian square and garden bench walks

Our walks typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on which route you choose. We keep a leisurely pace with multiple rest stops on benches—there's absolutely no rush. We're designed specifically for retirees who want to explore Dublin's Georgian architecture without feeling pressured.

You'll get a guided tour through Merrion Square or Fitzwilliam Place with commentary on the Georgian architecture, the history of Dublin's design, and stories about notable residents. We include at least 4-5 scheduled rest stops on benches throughout the walk, plus a knowledgeable guide who shares local insights you won't find in guidebooks.

Not at all. These walks are specifically created for active retirees—you don't need to be an athlete. If you can manage a comfortable 20-minute stroll with breaks, you're perfect for this. We adjust pace based on the group and always have a bench nearby if you need to rest.

We operate in light rain, but if there's heavy rain or severe weather forecasted, we'll contact you at least 24 hours beforehand to reschedule. Dublin's Georgian squares have lovely covered areas and nearby cafés if we need to adjust plans on the day.

Get in touch with us directly for current pricing and group bookings—we offer special rates if you're coming with friends or a club. Whether it's just you or a group of 8, we've got options that work for everyone.

Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome—we've had spouses, adult children, and even grandchildren join our walks. The stories and history appeal to anyone curious about Dublin's past, regardless of age.
